Action leads to habits.

A simple question supports common sense, “True or false, we are creatures of habit?”

“What would happen if we had better habits?”

What is the paradox of our unintentional eating habits being driven by convenience, taste, and a busy schedule?

The paradox’s other end is having intentional eating habits driven by nutritional balance, essential vitamins and minerals, proteins, fiber, and preplanning.

To carry a tattered Teddy Bear around the world is an intentional, no-brainer habit.

Everything is a choice.

Choose wisely is proverbial wisdom.

Develop rock-solid decision making. Put as much as possible on auto-pilot.

Hone every habit, from staying hydrated to a consistent sleep schedule. Work diligently to ensure making good decisions becomes an effortless habit.

Physical vibrancy is the cumulative result of thinking and doing good things, without having to think about it.

Christmas tradition

Got a nice three mile jog in before heading to Massage Envy at 7:30 AM.

Exercising is a tradition.

Some traditions like baking Christmas cookies make sense, are fun, and happen consistently.

But that tradition of lifetime exercise…
