Walked to gym, then decided to keep walking. From home to DU is only 3 miles. Arrival at Disney University at 9:00 AM (if you zoom in on Watch).
Stayed an hour and left at 10AM (upper right). Took a Lyft home.

Entered the gym yesterday and wasn’t feeling it. Been nursing a clavicle injury. Immediately decided to keep walking and used Disney University as the carrot.

With no curtains on most of our windows, nature is glorious to look at all day long. Noticed an overburdened split-leaf philodendron that’s been climbing a palm tree for 15 years maybe. It wasn’t trimmed two weeks ago.
At high noon, in the heat of the day, grabbed a ladder and in the shade of the palms, delighted in being outside on a working break.
Being in the garden is an easy way to toss the world’s cares aside for awhile.
In college, get outside often. Even when you don’t feel like it. It’s great medicine.
