  1. Risk of getting hurt from exercising as we age
  2. Risk from getting hurt from not exercising, doing routine things around the house

While exercise requires time and energy, so does the recovery from an injury sustained from carrying a basket of laundry, or reaching high up on a shelf.

This has massive ramifications with our current thinking that we will never be confined to a chair because we are too frail to walk.
