blood pressure — stats like this don’t fall from Heaven… it’s an unrelenting effort

Yesterday morning there was no time to run. What to do right? What do most people do?

Nothing.

I get it. Everybody does. Life is tough. Busy. Tiring.

So what did I do? Sucked it up and refused to miss going to the gym… after work.

At O’Hare yesterday, I almost ~~puked~~ cried watching this – the overwhelming number of people carrying around much more than they needed. All that extra luggage. Not Samsonite. Not gift bags…

But I hate to exercise, it’s no fun.
