Doing home chores yesterday, was reminded by our “new” pool pump motor how quickly unchecked neglect can “suddenly” grab our attention.

In bed later than expected and up much earlier than expected.

It happens.

Work hard to make the most of it.

No one talks about it.

Once you get healthy, you have to maintain it or it will disappear.

Essentially, all that work for nothing.
