Whenever i start to feel sorry for myself i think of others who would love to have my “worries and concerns”.

Started doing vertical pull-ups last week.

Three sets of two.

For at least a year, i’ve not done pull-ups and a couple of months ago began doing horizontal pull-ups using ropes.

The long way is the short cut.

Note: It’s safe to assume that eliminating a lifelong exercise (pull-ups) is due to injury and pain.

Out the door at 5:15am (20 minutes ago). Cheryl remarked, “This is my first rain run.”

To which i thought, “Cool, and, it’s cold and dark too.”

So many reasons to skip.

But none of them are “because it would improve our health”.

Imagine aging at a steady weight throughout life.

Imagine personal vibrancy for the other four choices in your life: mind, (Body, here), spirit, work, home.

Improve on, they all benefit.

Neglect one, they all suffer.
