Three weeks away, body

Excited to see how personal vibrancy is impacted from the command decision in three weeks.

Note: Makes me wonder if there will ever come a time when i decide to stop exercising. Crazy thought, right? That’s how uncomfortable it has been over the past few years when thinking about how long should i blog.

Come Winter, it’ll be alright

Yesterday’s walk was 10 miles. Seven on the morning walk. Three more doing yard work. Spent 10 hours outside. Most of it shirtless. February. Winter. Perfect.

Apple Watch fitness summary
Assuming five walking days per week times four weeks. So five miles per day seems decent. Today was only two miles walking inside Magic Kingdom. Why? Because of the 11-mile bike ride to and from. Ps. Biked the long way to get some extra miles.

One-way bike ride.

In Nebraska two weeks ago for four days. Disney Customer Service keynote speaking engagement. Never went outside (during the polar vortex).

Noteworthy is the bridge connecting the Hilton with the 18,000-seat Arena and Convention Center.

Now that’s it’s back in the 70’s, i spend as much time outside as possible.

Ps. If necessary, i wear a short-sleeved tee-shirt to keep warm.

Our friends texted us an invitation to go to dinner. But it’s a Thursday.

It was an unexpected, yet welcomed, surprise.

Why?

They own a big business that requires their time and energy. So to hear from them before Friday was unusual.

We enjoyed our trip to Sanford, Florida.

We “filled our belly at Hollerbach’s deli”.
