Heading out the door at 5:30AM to walk for 30 minutes has so much competition from other easier things to do at 5:30AM, namely sleep, drink coffee, etc.
So why head out the door at 5:30AM?
Think about it this way, if i have to explain, the answer will most likely never be understood by the recipient.
