So inspired that Monica’s book club was scheduled around evening workout schedules so that no one would have to sacrifice their physical wellness.

The most amazing thing about taking the risk to put an actual dent in the Universe is that the hoped for vibe will eventually catch hold with a small group of like-minded people.

We can set life’s bar low, reach it, and then live with the regret of wondering what we might have done. Or we can set it ridiculously high, fail, but live with the peace of knowing we gave our all.

While not specifically in the book, this is the book.
