The beach is a perfect place to write. The state change from the normal daily routine is significant enough to invest money in.

Why?

State changes are key to seeing things differently.

And .seeing .differently leads to .thinking .differently

Who do you want to change, and how do you want to change them?

You know those organizations that are aiming to be the best in their category? i prefer not to work with them but rather to work with organizations that want to become the category.

A 25-mile round-trip bicycle ride to Golds Gym, including an 80-minute layover workout at the gym.

Giving my calves, especially the right one, a break.

Why take the risk to put an actual dent in our wellness, or the Universe?

Many of them went to the Y to work out (on Friday night no less) before the 8pm book club start

 

So inspired that Monica’s book club was scheduled around evening workout schedules so that no one would have to sacrifice their physical wellness.

The most amazing thing about taking the risk to put an actual dent in the Universe is that the hoped for vibe will eventually catch hold with a small group of like-minded people.
