Yesterday was a rest day since the day before was a 26-mile bike ride. Not to mention yesterday was a long work day too, mostly because we watched Onward’s debut on Disney+.
Hoping to head out on a pre-sunrise bike ride this morning.

Covid-19 has eliminated the option to bicycle through Walt Disney World. Interstate 4, known by locals as “The Monster” because of traffic volume, is tame enough for me to feel safe biking on it.
Bicycle marathon seemed reasonable.
Needed exercise.
Needed fresh air.
Needed thinking time.
Wanted to explore a video recorded story from my Disney Institute Summer School days.
The perfect mashup to bike 26 mile roundtrip and accomplish everything in this post.

Healthy habits. Habits are everyday occurrences. Children in your life watch what you do. They rarely listen to what you say, especially if you don’t do it.
Easy peasy.
The long way is the short cut.
If your goal isn’t impossible, you’re not reaching high enough.
Run one mailbox a day for a week.
Second week, two mailboxes a day.
Third week, three mailboxes a day.
Fourth week, you are now running, non-stop, the equivalent of one lap around a high school track, 400 meters.
Mailboxes here are 100 meters apart.
Why take so long to do one lap?
Why not? What’s the rush? You’re in this for the rest of your life, right?
