Learning what to hold onto and what to let go of, right?

If we don’t take care of our body, where will we live?

Years from now we’ll look back and rejoice or deeply regret our current health habits.

Life’s first two big choices covered for today, now the third big choice gets it’s shot here.

Rats, broke a promise yesterday, but here’s why

Rats, broke a promise yesterday, and here’s why…

Thanks to Patty Hebert for letting me know that Mid Life Celebration’s five main blogs were running slower than dial-up.

Remember. How. Slow. Dial. Up. Was?

The 30 minute run was sacrificed for a 30-minute call to GoDaddy. So lucky to encounter Abby, a young and rising GoDaddy star.

In less than two hours, before arriving at the airport even, everything (90 domains) was migrated from shared hosting to web hosting.

Back to Usain Bolt fast.

Could coming in last could be our greatest accomplishment?

If it was the finals of the world championships, yes!

Setting common goals and achieving them will most assuredly leave us with the aftertaste of regret.

Failing at a ridiculously high goal will fill us with the peace of wasting nothing.

Baby Boomers don’t have to think of aging as a sentence to poor health

How would you answer this (potentially) trick question?

Would you rather be the slowest of the fastest or the fastest of the slowest?

Try re-reading it if the obvious answer doesn’t jump out.

How we answer is where we set the bar in life, in general.

When exercise consists of doing nothing

University of Iowa Memorial Union
1t one to arrive, last one to leave = long days

Being decently organized (but far from perfect) can help us anticipate challenging days in which exercise will become much more difficult to do.

Exercised through the weekend and Monday morning knowing today and yesterday would be long work days living in a hotel.

The benefit? No guilt.

And even joy in not exercising.

We’ve covered mental and physical, now scoot over to emotional (spiritual), click go.
