Can you imagine loving what you see (on the delectable, sugar-laden dessert cart) and picking the fresh fruit?

There’s an incomplete picture of your world, and it creates an incomplete insight into how you can become healthy, how long it takes and the quiet, hard work involved.

You probably can’t envision yourself as a super healthy person, because of your personality or circumstance, or because you think you look and act nothing like a physically fit person.

And if you can’t see yourself as irrationally fit, how can you believe you can become that kind of person?

Our personal health skills can (will) decay if not practiced (exercised) routinely (daily).

After the 5k the other day…

 

 

Traveling four days this week, doing work that matters.

The hotel and the venue are four miles apart.

In a perfect world, i’ll be walking to and from the venue two of the days.

We’ll see.

Someone in each of the six learning sessions will be the healthiest person in the room.

It’s not a context nor a competition.

But it is still something that can be measured.
