Team USA was phenomenal. So many great stories. And a few not so great.

Cross Country meet at West Orange HS — Yesterday was his first attempt to run 3.1 miles without stopping.

The man in the yellow shorts (about five or six runners from the right) was last. The man in lime shorts was 12th. They are teammates.

If there was a gold medal for heart and perseverance, both would need one.

In fact, most of the runners are dedicated beyond logic.

It’s cool to witness.

Doing 100-meter striders on the curves, i noticed something that was remarkable.

So when we finished and were walking i was so happy to tell him, “For the first time, you really looked like a runner.”
