Remember watching the 2014 Winter Olympics commercials back around Thanksgiving? Probably not.
Why? Because by the time this post airs, the Winter Olympics will be over.
But what if we could remember those feelings like it was yesterday (and it was)?
That’s what writing does for a person. It creates the feeling like it was yesterday.
Exercise heightens this awareness because our mind and our body are inextricably linked.

And to push yourself and see what you’re made of and watch how far it takes you.
And to possibly inspire a team, a tribe, a Country, or even the world.
