From two months ago while in Glacier National Park. No sugar.

 

Less than a month ago i weighed 156.5.

This morning it’s 161.5.

Those 12 days in Pennsylvania had my sugar intake spiral out of control.

This has been an on-going challenge now for nearly a month.

The results speak for themselves.

i am in desperate need of a motivating goal.

Each day i “promise” to stop, i find a creative and innocent “reason” to wait until tomorrow to begin in earnest.

PS. i hate sugar.

Obesity is on the rise

Obesity is on the rise. Saw the headline a few days ago. Didn’t save the link.

Should i have saved it? Do we really need the article to believe obesity is rising?

Just take our own historic wellness habits.

Ask, “Am i at a healthy, vibrant weight? Am i struggling to simple stay where i am (and where i am isn’t close to optional)? Am i losing my grip and traveling down a slow and steady path to an ever increasing weight?”

Why aren’t more people showing decent results?

There has been more than enough time.

Right?

Why isn’t America a healthier Nation?

In 1999 i was so inactive and unfit, it literally sickened me.

That feeling (for so long) was exactly what i needed to commit once and for all to change and never look back.
