Without These Blogs

Are You "UP" For A Great Day?

Without me nagging you every day about diet, exercise, health, wellness, courage, big goals, and challenging you to get out of your rut, or if your out of it, to stay out, where would you go to get this sincere “push” (or pull) to do what you know you really need to be doing?

Where?

And if you follow all five blogs, you know the nagging doesn’t stop at physical health, it also, very naturally, bleeds over into spiritual health.

Healthy Living Starts Here

Physical Responsibility All Day, Everyday
Physical Responsibility All Day, Everyday

Healthy living starts here, and it starts with you.

Is it on your mind when you wake up?

Is it on your mind all day long?

What if it was?

It’s your physical responsibility to take care of yourself.

Don’t kid yourself, you are in control – no one else will do it for you.

Here’s a timeless thought on spiritual responsibility.

Quit Or Keep Going?

Where would you put your natural tendencies?

“I’m a quitter.’

Or.

“I never give up!”

Do you understand momentum? Do you really understand how it works?

Once you figure this out, your transformation will move forward, but not before then.

One foot in front of the other. Day after day. There is no other way.

Let’s review.

Quit.

Or.

Keep going.

Predictions?

No Predicting What Lies Ahead
No Predicting What Lies Ahead

Do you have a big goal you want to accomplish by this time next year?

What’s it going to take?

We contemplate what we believe we can do. You know, we take what we’ve done and think about what we’ll be able to do when we get the next chance to try again.

It’s kind of like being an armchair quarterback.

Sitting in the comfort of our living room, watching the game, or World Cup, we comment like we know what we’re talking about.

Nothing will ever replace the preparation, wisdom, courage and guts of “game day”.

There is one prediction. July 2011. Masters Track & Field World Championships in Sacramento.
