Recently discovered two new ideas.

Walk and run 10 miles a day, without leaving our subdivision.

Bike 20 miles a day, without leaving our subdivision.

Note: Typically run three times a week and bike twice a week, to give feet a recovery day between run days. And whatever high-miles day it is, a few miles of walking or biking are used to stay limber and cool down.

Workouts can happen anywhere, anytime. On a mountain top, walking to the dentist, in a hotel room, in an airport. No limits.
