Off week

text message
If you do not stay on top of what’s important, no one else will. You are the CEO of You, Inc. Be a great CEO.

This week created an unscheduled break from the exercise routine.

All i can do is be sad or glad.

Glad it happened.

Why?

Because the alternative seems inappropriate.

Kinda cool to have an attitude and a spirit that come in handy to support physical vibrancy.

Easing off a routine is a great way to break routine.

Breaking routine is a long-term strategy to alleviate over-use injuries.

Overload is good

Trash can with trash on top
The subdivision playground seems to have an endless source of ground debris. i pick it up and throw it away. This was the second of three handfuls yesterday.

Overload is good. It teaches you not to overload your schedule.

Overload is bad because is crushes your soul and keeps you from making healthy choices.

Overload is good because overloading your food choices with natural foods, especially super foods is obviously better than processed food overload.

Headshot need a lot

Disney Customer Service Keynote Speaker Jeff Noel
Ty took about 150 photos in 30 minutes.

Headshot need a lot?

Yes please.

The more headshots you have the more choices you have.

You can only pick from what you have.

Like most photographers, you shoot 10-15 photos to get one excellent photo.

Note: This is an exercise in using repetition.

Christmas tradition

Christmas cookies on a cookie tray
Last night, Christmas Eve Eve.

Got a nice three mile jog in before heading to Massage Envy at 7:30 AM.

Exercising is a tradition.

Some traditions like baking Christmas cookies make sense, are fun, and happen consistently.

But that tradition of lifetime exercise…

Note: Writing later in the day is four days old. Too early to comment on it.
