i don’t always love to workout

Last night. Walked a 5k (round trip) to have dinner at Japan.

i don’t always love to workout.

But this morning, and for about the last month, i have loved every one.

Why?

In nursing a clavicle injury and needing to change the main core exercises i’ve done for a decade, a new core routine is born.

The change is refreshing.

Sometimes forced change is the only thing that changes us.

Take it when that happens.

It’s a gift.

Marathon this Disney

A member since 2005? One of my hacks is to be part of a community that values the same things as me. USATF values running, jumping, and throwing, at any age.

Marathon this Disney.

What?

Today is the fourth of four Run Disney events this week, the 26.2 mile Disney marathon.

Finishing your first marathon is not that great of an accomplishment.

Wait, what?!

Why?

Because it’s only the starting line for the rest of your life.

Your real marathon is staying healthy all the rest of the days of your life.

You are amazing for starting, congratulations.

Now the real work begins.

Stay healthy, have fun.

Digging the exercise longevity

Twenty paces later, turtle two catches my attention.
Decent digging effort to get this deep and wide. Hole was not there two days ago when i walked by.

Digging the exercise longevity.

A busy life will negate most of our victories that have occurred – negate them as if they never happened.

A busy life accentuates our weaknesses.

Therefore, knowing an exercise and wellness regime has flourished since 1999 is quite inspiring because it is easy to comprehend how many others have tried yet failed.

You are a champion and should dig this feeling.

You’ve totally earned it.

A pre give-up option

Until death do us part.

This tactic works for me every time, and not just with health.

Before i decide to give up, i remember why i got started.

For physical health, i maintain and improve health to be an example and not a warning. And to honor and defend the temple housing everything keeping a human alive.
