A new dentist on our first meeting asked about my lips and suggested i use chap stick with a high SPF.

The regular dentist never mentioned it. Why the heck not?

Ever since then, there is always chapstick in my pocket.

Arriving early to appointments provides advantages and bonuses unknown to just-in-time or late arrivals.

i learned this the hard way and so late in life that the missed opportunities will never be known.

Better late than never.

Better early than late.

Yesterday two parents had opportunities to leisurely socialize with multiple people. Quality time is the common name given to these interactions.

Applying early arrival to life, when you get stimulating exercise before most of the world wakes up, you have modeled “early arrival” to your personal health.

Get one in the win column four or five days a week and you significantly contribute to personal vibrancy.

There are many food choices. Learn the super foods and eat them abundantly.

Create a system so you have the food you eat regularly readily available at home.

Conquer stress triggers as well as the desire to eat poorly when stressed. Make your decision making easy so you do not eat when under pressure.

Eat fresh. The fewer ingredients the better. Ideally five or less ingredients.

Move like you mean it.

Decide if you believe your body is the temple housing everything keeping you alive. Then let your decisions prove it.
