This time of year, it just really helps to hear the truth, whether it hurts or not. So for everyday I don’t feel like exercising, I just shut up, do it, whether I feel like it or not.
Each day we skip makes it easier to quit. The other thing (just to be crystal clear), the longer we go with quitting, the closer it gets to a lifetime.
