Strength

Muscles move our body and administer all the physical functions we use to live.

Strength compliments stamina (cardio).

Strength…

We lift. We push. We pull.

Our heart beats. Our lungs inhale and exhale. Our bladder and bowels hold and eliminate.

Our physical capabilities are directly proportional to our strength.

Note: These physical capabilities become proportionately more important as you age. However, most of us won’t over-focus on our strength in our youth and middle age. Older age reveals a poignant truth and reality.

Please don’t forget.

Headliner things today

funny saying about partying
Have been consistently going to bed by 9:00 PM. And if it is later, still aiming for eight hours of sleep.

Headliner ‘things’ today:

  1. Podiatrist visit
  2. Massage
  3. Social Security stuff
  4. Neighborhood stuff

Today’s no-gym gym workout and walk-run is not a headliner. It’s a weekly standard.
