Three miles round trip if i make a bee-line.

Longer if i get creative.

While writing the final parts of the seven Disney Business books is this Summer’s goal in Glacier National Park, hiking will be the main inspiration source to fuel my spirit to do the impossible – write 7 Disney Business Books simultaneously.

Temperatures dropped 25 degrees yesterday. And for today, October 1, a 36-degree drop. i spent the daytime hours on the St Mary side.

Why?

To be mindful of where i stand the past 24 hours and to be mindful of patterns (aka habits).

Knowing both of these allows me to stay the course and/or correct the course.

Otherwise, i, like many Americans, are on a crash course with their personal health.

Fix your health, then start worrying about someone else.

Walking, eating decently, sleeping adequately, some strength exercises, some stretching, some core work, and finally, the highest priority – being crystal clear on finding something that motivates them for life.
