Two-hour bike ride on a Saturday, yesterday, morning.

Client call the entire time too.

Covid-19 is an interesting opportunity, especially on a Saturday morning.

And thank you to If Disney Ran Your Life podcast for catching this client’s eye ear.

30-mile bike ride

When you change what you see, what you see changes.

A 30-mile bike ride yesterday helped erase the guilt discomfort from missing a normal workout day.

Each day we exercise makes it easier to exercise the next day.

No marathon, no problem

Repeatedly told there is no biking at Walt Disney World, particularly strong message at Theme Park parking lots.
Cast Member bicycle parking rack. Yesterday.

Due to technical difficulties challenges with yesterday’s If Disney Ran Your Life podcast official launch, a creative idea to bicycle to all four Walt Disney World theme parks was born.

With no intention of physical activity yesterday, bicycling a marathon became a last-minute get to do, in an effort to manage stress and the anxiety caused by podcast uncertainty.

What happened on launch day – January 25, 2020 – was the opposite of what should have happened.

Biking across Walt Disney World allowed an outlet for anxiety, surrender, and creative thinking.
