Was optimistic the calf pain would be nonexistent.
Two slow miles later, pain was enough to make walking the only intelligent choice.
What to do?
Rode a bicycle 25 miles round trip to the gym and back.
PS. Yes, well aware i’m about eight pounds over a healthier weight.
