Ride a marathon

Father John Giel and jeff noel
Father John and i recorded an interview yesterday.

It was roughly 26 miles roundtrip to the video recording session yesterday. Perfect distance for a bicycle ride.

Father John interviewed me about Mid Life Celebration, a book i published in 2013.

We walked like we meant it

Yesterday. Somewhere near the Mississippi.

Looking forward to the Orlando workout lifestyle. An 11-day break is plenty of rest.

We walked like we meant it though. Between 8-10 miles each day. Everyday.

This is what i was taking a photo of (pictured above).

Visiting Pre’s Rock yesterday morning reminded me how much one person who .thinks .differently can change the landscape of an industry – in Pre’s case, running.

Remember, changing the world doesn’t mean the entire world, it means your world.

What if you started walking?

What if you started walking?

Certainly, this isn’t strenuous enough to stop you.

Assuming it isn’t, what’s stopping you if you are fully able to walk?

Close to 20,000 steps

Stumbled on this while writing yesterday. Love it.

Movement is like medicine.

Close to 20,000 steps according to Jody Maberry.

i’m not a step counter but Jody keeps track.

As we walked the final leg of our day, Jody mentioned it.

College campuses are stereotypical daily walk-fests.
