How much?

Chapin Noel at Glacier
GNP. One last photo before leaving Glacier, from Apgar at the foot of Lake McDonald, a tradition.

It’s the hardest thing in the world to accept a little success and leave it that way.

Sounds inflated

Heaven's Peak in Glacier
GNP. Heaven’s Peak through the Westside tunnel.

Four out of five people are more in need of rest and then exercise.

Dr. Logan Clendening

i don’t know another soul who over-focuses on their sleep patterns. Not saying people don’t, just no one i know. You and mom could be the first.

Bicycling in Glacier National Park before Sun Road opens to vehicular traffic. Another photo break, capturing ascending riders making the slow and steady grind near Rim Rock (Highline Trail’s Logan Pass trailhead).

Leaders –> Employees –> Customers –> Reputation –> Improve

Tools of the artists

GNP. McDonald Creek, June snowmelt.

Every craftsperson uses tools unique to their art. Here are mine:

  • Questions
  • Paradox
  • Common sense

Through two-decades of full-time speaking, consulting, and coaching, i have found the most powerful, and simple, tools are concepts that every single person calls legitimate, logical, and powerful.

My job as a speaker is to rattle the cage of everyone in the audience. If they walk out thinking the same way they did when they came in, we didn’t need to have the meeting.
