Structured and unstructured exercise is a great way to have something predictable planned and to have some things just morph into a lifestyle change.

Riding a bicycle to the post office, dentist, or grocery store is a great alternative to driving.

Waking to dinner is another.

Be disciplined for the structured part and be present for the other stuff.

The long way is the short cut.

August 6, 2018 we began running as a Family. One mailbox a day for a week.

We added an additional mailbox most weeks, but in some weeks, we didn’t add a mailbox.

Mailboxes here average 100 meters apart.

One mile would be 16 mailboxes. 

We began week 24 this morning.

Just shy of half a year and we have finally made it to one mile without stopping.

The long way is the short cut.

And yeah, study like you mean it – it reveals insights like “the long way is the short cut”.

How to Lime?

These bikes are everywhere. Hope to use them today.

Spent the night in downtown Orlando. We saw the Lime bicycles everywhere.

Decent chance it will be warm enough to try these out today.

The high temperature will only be 62 degrees. It’s currently 48 now, at 630am.

Downloaded the app last night to speed up the process today.

Work diligently to be so intentional you rarely have to adjust, but when you are confronted with needing to adjust, do it easily.

Instead of the normal M-W-F workouts, this week’s workouts will be T-T-S.

Why?

Asked the client if i could attend the conference all day. It began yesterday at 8:30am. i planned to be at the Ritz just before 8am and left home at 7:30am.
