When we dedicate ourselves to an active lifestyle in spite of the overwhelming odds it will fail, we can go into a day without the need to exercise because it will be so stimulating that physical activity is not necessary this day.
It’s a nice feeling.
A bit like money in the bank.

There was time yesterday morning for a 30 minute run before dropping our son off at middle school on the way to the airport.
It would have been easy to skip the run because we left the house at 8:00am.
