Just didn’t have it yesterday. Didn’t feel like running even though that was the plan. Nice and easy. Maybe five miles. Had looked forward to getting into a good rhythm after being on the road last week.
Walked.
Forty-five minutes. Somewhere between two and three miles.
Funny how an important conversation the night before can add a level of emotional labor that drains you into the next day.

Physical hunger.
Is it the hunger from being without food (a need) for a few days?
Is it the hunger that comes from wanting our clothes to fit (a want) again?
The hunger to fill a need is different than the hunger to fill a want.
First world problems mostly.
Both are important.
