Is the obesity crisis hiding a bigger, hidden problem?

Once in a while we stumble upon something truly remarkable.

Long standing traditional medical beliefs coupled with an intelligent, and authentic (doctor) presenter.

I know how busy everyone is (me too)… yet this 16-minute TED MED video is captivating on three deep levels:

  1. challenging medical ‘certainty’
  2. as a remarkable presenter
  3. as an authentic human being

This message humbles me.

Note: Further investigation led me to the comment thread from this TED MED video. Some folks thought completely differently than me – as if Peter was scamming. And I must say, his claim of exercising hard four hours a day with a day job is questionable (not impossible, but it did sound too good to be true).

We’ve covered mental and physical, now scoot over to emotional (spiritual), click go.
