Even more context to yesterday’s photos.

Motivation is always going to be the most important element throughout your lifetime.

To stay active.

To sleep well.

To eat well.

To finish those seven Disney Business books.

What’s a Red Jammer Bus?

Glacier National Park tour buses from the 1930s.

Still in use today.

We’re taking an eight-hour Crown-of-the-Continent tour next week.

Everything is something you decide to do. And there is nothing have to do. – Dennis Waitley

There are some things you have to do, like eat and sleep.

So be careful taking Dennis’s quote as Gospel.

You may not have to exercise and sleep well (you don’t have to do those, as Dennis points out), but you have no say in what those choices will yield over your lifetime.

And then – and then you’ll have to deal with the physical repercussions – you will have to.

Effects versus effort

Disney Keynote Speaker
It’s not the Magic that makes it work, it’s the work that makes it Magic. Same with exercise.

My closest family and friends think i love exercising.

Here’s the reality…

What’s to love are the positive effects of exercise.

What’s challenging during my lifetime is to always love the effort required to receive the results.

i don’t always love the effort.
