Committing to things is tricky.

Tricky because commit implies commitment.

To exercise.

To blog.

Each takes precious time.

Each takes creativity, and occasionally a pause on our original daily plan.

Like enjoying Glacier National Park for 48 hours, and committing to write 10 blog posts in those two days.

The run will have to wait if we’re going to pull off this epic adventure. Did get a three-mile bike ride to breakfast and back.

Spent this morning assembling the battle plan.

To plan a trip to a popular summer destination with only three days notice is nothing short of everything having to fall into place.

The clock is ticking.

One missing piece and it’s off.

Work took priority over exercise yesterday. Called an audible because the day prior had seen a strong bike ride and a great core workout at Gold’s Gym.

So yesterday became an ‘active rest’ day.
