And it’s interesting that being selfish with our time to exercise, we actually become a better _____, right?

The main point: Great things take time. We’ve got a fresh slate labeled 2013. We can live in the past, or kick it’s butt.

No one wakes up an Olympic champion.

Can’t make it any clearer. Perhaps looking at the minutia is really the safest exit plan for never intending to stick with lifetime wellness. Think about it. I guess I could be wrong.
