It’s interesting how opportunities are placed before us when we least expect them. This counter balances those unexpected curve balls life throws at us.

But if we’re not paying attention (par for the course), we remain clueless. This leads us back to something Lane 8 has always been about – having a reason, other than yourself, to get and stay healthy.
