Seemed like it would take forever to get this close to returning home.

And now it feels like a lit fuse and this wonderful Australia trip (number two) will be over in the blink of an eye. Or, in the seconds it takes a fuse to ignite it’s intended outcome.

Bunch of great finals today.

Walked a few miles and did my ‘no-gym’ gym workout before we left for breakfast.

Getting this early personal win in is an exception feeling.

Everything after that is a bonus.

Watched Day 4 of the USATF Olympic Trails while we relaxed on our Pacific-Ocean-facing apartment.

From the moment i peer out the 5am window, people are active. It is busy continuously. Never slowing down. Perhaps it slows after midnight. Guessing between 1-5am it’s deserted.

Your daily test is comparing how you feel against how you hope to feel.
