Everywhere we look, sex sells. Resist the temptation to exercise to look good. Do it to feel good. The rest will take care of it’s self. Life has a kind way of paying you back for doing the right things for the right reasons. You know this.

When we start eating better and begin to exercise more often we are highly motivated. We can now sustain our efforts forever with our current motivation level.

After we reach the top, we fall back down, because we’re weak and unfocused human . Then we climb again. We repeat this until we give up, or die, whichever comes first.
The goal is to get to the summit and stay there. I had to grow the heck up and face my fears, failures, insecurities, and excuses. So do you.
