Eat like you mean it. Yesterday’s lunch: two avocados, two tangerines, one tomato, and a small piece of cheese. Washed it down with a glass of milk and had an apple for dessert. Why? i desire superior (to my former self) health metrics.

If you can’t convince yourself, your goal isn’t clear enough, concise enough, and most definitely, not compelling enough.
