If you haven’t made exercise, healthy eating, and regular sleep a habit by now, can you tell yourself in convincing language how you feel about it?
PS. i could have waited to get my iPhone screen replaced, but instead did it within 24 hours. Why? The next iPhone drop would likely render my greatest business tool inoperable.
