Engage Like You Mean It

If you were accused of creating a highly engaged employee workforce, would there be enough evidence to convict you?

When i say engage like you mean it, i mean, and sorry if this feels uncomfortable, does the level of engagement rise when you show up? Does it remain high when you’re not there?
