Out of nowhere, a way to mix it up at the gym

The rule is simple. After each exercise, you should not feel tired, you should still feel refreshed.

Changed up the reps i normally do, but didn’t change the weight.

Not only physiologically stimulating, but also psychologically invigorating.

Wasn’t here to run the Disneyland Star Tours 5k, 10k, nor this morning’s half-marathon.

After downloading photos and writing five blogs, we changed hotels (Grand Californian wasn’t available last night), we headed north to Hollywood for the day.

While this blog is about our physical health, it’s helpful to remember that having “rest days” is part of the formula for wellness.

This scene, a personal favorite, is 90 seconds. Steve Prefontaine is the only athlete, any sport, that Nike has immortalized in bronze. Donald Sutherland plays Pre’s coach. Pre’s coach was the co-founder of Nike, as well as the USA Track & Field Head Coach at the 1972 Munich Olympics.
