i’d love to cultivate a hatred for fear.

To push through to the other side.

To no longer allow fear to control what i do or don’t do.

To respect fear.

And to thrive in spite of it.

To fear sugar and processed foods in such a way that they no longer entice me.

Are you comfortable with being unwilling to make it happen?

Most of us aren’t.

Yet we do it anyway (the unwilling part) when we commit to doing nothing.

How healthy is that?

Generally speaking, once we make a habit of not exercising, we’re good enough at it to make it last a lifetime.
