Yesterday there was an excitement as the day ended to be able to run this morning. But that is not going to happen. I do not feel like it after all.

Ever have moments in life where it just seems to be coming together nicely?

I mean really coming together?

Should we worry?

What if it crashes, or we get over-confident or worse, become arrogant?

After 14 years of running, these are some of the most exciting because I’m healthy and my core has never ever been stronger, not at any age, even youth.

If I can do it, you can do it.
