Balance for an entire lifetime?

If we ever doubted this, let’s work tirelessly to not to. We know that picking up one end of a stick also picks up the other end.

When we neglect one area of our life, the others are negatively impacted as well.

Carrying a weak or heavy spirit, impacts our sense of self-love and diminishes our personal sense of responsibility to exercise regularly, get adequate rest, and make sensible food choices.

We know this.

We are not judging you when this happens, instead we wonder.

When we see others, or ourselves, living in poor health, we wonder, “Why?”

The real question is why aren’t we doing all the things necessary to live a healthy life?

And how is it that we got so comfortable – mentally and physically -with self-destructive habits.

How?

Only ran two days in the past seven. Grueling holiday schedule. Everyone has the same list of excuses.

The price we pay for our health triples

daily disruptions and time constraints never, ever go away

The price we pay for our health triples because we must invest in three areas, not just one:

  1. exercise
  2. diet
  3. rest

Our results are proportional to our balanced, and focused, approach. We know this.
