What I was asking at Mid Life Celebration is simply what’s crossing my mind now. In Atlanta waiting for a smaller jet to Iowa.
No time to write five blogs before heading to Orlando airport a few hours ago.
But did have time to run a sub-six minute mile (5:53).
And mow the lawn, do weed control, pool stuff (including a dip), and walk Cooper.
Point is, today is a gift.

Astonishingly, I doubt it.
We say we don’t exercise because it’s too hard.
What we’re really saying is that we aren’t organized enough to rearrange our priorities to make time.
Time is the issue, not difficulty.

Ever go in for one thing but walk away with something completely unexpected? If it’s negative, it can bring us down. Quickly.

Last night a (great) friend I rarely see was at the gym. He initiated a meeting.
And said something, with conviction, that I needed to hear.
Funny how little things can ignite a fire.
While I won’t share what he said, you can count on the hope that you experience (and pay attention to) these seemingly insignificant cues.
