100% fatality rate, body

apple store app purchase notification
You can self-purchase Apple Store accessories and walk out the door without interacting with an Apple employee. Was walking back to the car with the new phone when i realized i needed a case. Went back in (and walked out) the Apple Store without talking to anyone. Purchased the case for the new (smaller) phone.

None of us get out of this life alive.

Not sure of my best-health-habits fatality rate after i’m gone.

Of all the habits i have, being vibrantly healthy is a solid contender.

Get healthy. Stay healthy. Find a million ways to stay motivated.

Be an example, not a warning.

Photography found me when i was 10 years old.

Four years later i was gifted my dad’s camera. An Agfa.

Took it to Glacier National Park in 1973.

Turns out i visited 95 days in 2024.

Cheryl was there for 86 of those.

Astonishing.

Wow!

Note: i did not know how many days we visited this year. Not until a social gathering on my final day, others asked me how many days i visited this year. i said, “Not sure, probably close to 100”.

Always moving

Apple Watch and some mountains
Avalanche Lake is one of Glacier’s most popular hikes. Why? The mileage and elevation gain is doable for many people. It’s also one of the closest-from-Kalispell hikes available. Note: Little Matterhorn on the right horizon.

Always looking for opportunities to move well, eat well, and sleep well.

Really wanted to move. Like an hours-long trek.

Left the hotel thinking it is too cold today to hike.

Headed into Glacier to visit a few scenic spots.
