Studies and experts are starting to speculate that young people may be the first generation to have shorter life spans than previous generations.
So, if you have kids, grand kids, nieces or nephews, they will most likely face a shorter life than us. How does that make you feel?
Most likely, you don’t really care.
No, really. You do not care.
Bold statement to be sure. And what makes me so sure?
If you cared, you wouldn’t be leading the charge.
Obesity is an epidemic. It’s polluting everything we do.
And our legacy, very sadly, is that we are passing this terrible inheritance on to future generations.
Not until you start losing yourself in your personal (vain) reasons for getting healthy will you begin to find your motivation to change. And not until you replace your selfish (again, vanity) reasons with a higher purpose, will you begin to feel compelled. And not until you are compelled to be a great example (role model) of how to care for your health, will your kids, grand kids, nieces and nephews start following your path.
