Track and field four sprinters
This happened last week yet it is still ‘daily news’ in Track and Field circles. The fine print, under the giant world ‘SWEEP’ says it all.

Aging vibrantly is my favorite physical fun.

Amidst the obvious physical degradation from the life-death cycle process, i still have so much fun fighting the opponents: gravity, shelf-life, low motivation, low creativity, and low boldness.

Life is a great example for why becoming a lifelong high-achiever is an asset.

So much fun to be had.
