Enjoyed yesterday’s walk and ‘no-gym’ gym workout. Walked another 3 miles in the yard doing yard work.
Slowly and steadily getting back to some semblance of fit.
Obviously you can’t get to a 25-year consistency level in seven months, but you can dang sure be prepared for the next year or two regaining what you lost.

Note: i suspect one of the biggest reasons (motivations) for stopping daily blogging is to use those extra two hours for movement. Or creative, healthy (super) food prep, something i have not invested time nor energy on. Time will tell.
